EYM treble hopes hit by defeat to Glenora in North Zone T20

El Socorro Youth Movement’s (EYM) hopes of winning the North Zone treble took another hit after they fell to a 15-run loss to Glenora Sports Club in a rain-affected match on Saturday at Diego Martin.

Both teams had lost their opening matches with EYM losing to swashbuckling Paragon Sports and Glenora fluffing their run-chase before falling to Barataria Ball Players in a Super Over thriller.

With rain reducing the match to a five-over-a-side affair, Leonardo Julien gave another glimpse of his immense talent with a punishing 37 off 14 balls to drive Glenora to 89 for 2.
