Four hungry sides—each with its own identity, stars, and swagger—will battle for a coveted spot in Sunday’s grand finale.
The curtain-raiser at 2:00 pm pits defending champions Santa Cruz Sports against the surging North Side Future Stars, in a clash many are already dubbing the “final before the final.”
North Side stormed into the knockouts with a commanding 74-run victory on Republic Day, showcasing depth in both departments.
Kyle Ramdoo and Kendall Guerra have been electric with bat and ball, while Kwesi Fournillier’s consistency has anchored their batting.
Add the bowling guile of Junior James, Trevor Padialla, and Andre Medina, and the Future Stars look primed for a title run.
But defending champions Santa Cruz are proven campaigners.
Guided by seasoned all-rounder Kashma Mitchell and dependable Chadeon Raymond, they have the nous to handle pressure.
Young talents like Ryan Yearwood and Davis Gerra add freshness to a unit that refuses to be fazed.
The evening clash (6:30 pm) will feature Glenora Sports against the flamboyant Barataria Ball Players—a contest of grit versus flair.
Glenora, who clinched the last playoff berth with a nerveless four-wicket triumph, relies on the versatility of Leonardo Julien, Mikkel Govia, and skipper Kenroy Williams.
