The North Zone Cricket Council continues to feature our Treasures, through this video series. In this episode, we recognize and acknowledge Dwayne Bravo, the prolific All-rounder from Santa Cruz.
Dwayne Bravo entered zonal cricket primarily as a batting all-rounder, a young batsman aspiring to greatness such as his hero, Brian Charles Lara, the left-handed player who emerged with the capacity to destroy the best of bowling attacks.
Bravo seemed headed in that direction of at least becoming a topline batsman at the Test cricket level. He demonstrated the potential by scoring three centuries at the Test level and 13, 50s.
He eventually focused his attention on the White Ball game where he developed his bowling, which ultimately became the major aspect of his game for especially the Franchise teams he plays with.
View and listen to Bravo telling his own story from where he developed in the North Zone and for Trinidad and Tobago.
